With the support of the “Smart City Taiwan (Local Field Trial and International Export)” project from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Hebron Soft and AIcity digital proposed the project of the “English Smart City Co-creation Platform.” In preparation for Taiwan’s 2030 bilingual national policy and keeping in line with the focuses of local education bureaus, this project aims to improve the overall English ability of teachers and students, as well as strengthen bilingual and international education courses. This will allow students to learn English through practical experiences emphasizing learning, creation, and sharing. The project will also promote local culture, use technology in an English context, and achieve interdisciplinary learning goals. The aim is to connect Taiwan with the world, creating a “Bilingual Smart Learning City,” so that every city can become English Learning City.
