Hebron Soft Ltd. and Lexue.com Digital Technology, with the support of the Smart Urban and Rural Life Application Subsidy Program (Local Site Trial and International Application) of the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, proposed the English Smart City Co-creation Platform. The project is to prepare for the 2030 bilingual national policy by improving the overall English ability of teachers and students. The platform will strengthen bilingual courses, international education courses, and other content in line with the development priorities of local government education bureaus. Additionally, it will let students learn language from practical life experiences as well as through learning, creating, and sharing in order to improve overall English ability. The Bilingual Smart Learning City Portal will feature local culture content, utilize technology to create English contexts, as well as implement multidisciplinary learning in line with international standards. By realizing the goals, every city can become an English learning city.
